- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for service varies according to how many people will I serve, type of service, etc. If buying numerous sessions/ classes I might be able to give a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask about their needs and expectations. Based on the answers, plan the session to address their unique challenges and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and I also attend conferences to stay up on the latest developments in my fields.
