HIRE THIS GUY! Carl contacted me within an hour and quoted me a price. We e-mailed back and forth several times about what exactly my computer problem was and we set up for him to come to my home the next morning. Carl arrived as scheduled and spent about an hour backing up my computer and explaining what he was doing and what needed done, in terms I could understand. He took the computer with him and said he would have it completed that evening or the next day! He called me that evening to update me on the progress and said he would call me the next day to make arrangements for delivery back to my home. Carl brought my computer back in the early evening of the next day ( a Saturday too! ) and spent close to an hour setting everything up and explaining what I needed to do. Carl was very fast with his repair work, picking the computer up at my home and delivering it back to my home in less than a day and a half! He was very friendly, very polite and he is a very personable person. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and we spoke about things other than computers as we share several interests. I will be telling everyone I know at work and personally, that if they ever need an IT guy or a computer repaired to call Carl. I recommend Carl and BeSecure Networks to everyone with a computer.
