- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge per hour, but I am not defined by them. I don't believe in charging penalties if we run a little late. That is never good business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get all the information together and stay in contact till the day of the shoot. I encourage my client to send me samples of what they would like to truly understand what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for film making and found a passion in photography. From taking classes, to attending seminars, photography is a field where you are constantly changing to adapt to your client's needs.
