- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone call, I set up a meeting and understand the business of a new client. I establish what service is needed and create a proposal. After the client accepts the proposal, work begins and client is kept informed of status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am continually taking classes, workshops and attending various meetups to keep up on the latest trends in marketing, design and technology. I also spend time networking with other professionals in various fields to find other disciplines I can collaborate with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in technology for many years. I also consider myself a designer that solves problems. I've been helping small businesses with business strategy and also finding resources to help them grow their own businesses.
