I hired a Rapunzel to come to my daughter s 4th birthday at the end of September. The birthday visit was great and I was really looking forward to receiving all of the pictures Rapunzel's helper took during the party. After 3-4 weeks I called Ashly because I still had not received the link to the birthday pictures. She assured me the link would be in my email shortly. Needless to say after 3 months, multiple phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages I have yet to receive my pictures. And now I am receiving no response to any of my attempts at communications. The worst part is that I have party guests who have asked for their pictures with Rapunzel and I have to tell them that the pictures I paid for as part of the party package were never received. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
