I'm very easy to get along with and will push you without ever intimidating you. Helping people reach their fitness goals and seeing how happy they are when they do is what I live for. I've trained with Blair for the past 3 years. He's phenomenal. I looked at a lot of different gyms and options, but at the end of the day, Blair isn't just a trainer doing his job, fitness is his life. Just looking at him in his tank-top inspired me each session. I'm always impressed that he has so many new exercises to introduce, and he makes working out fun.

Blair is the best!!! He makes workouts fun and different every time, and pushes you just the right amount where you're maximizing the workout but not going overboard. He takes the time to understand his client's goals and preferences and tailors the workouts based on this. He's helped me with injury prevention for races, and gives great nutrition advice and get in top shape for special events. And as a bonus, he's a great person and fun to be around! Can't say enough good things about Blair!
