I've trained with Amy for about three years. She's a fantastic trainer--got my husband and I back in shape effectively and healthfully; brought me back AGAIN after a debilitating injury; keeps me moving and keeps me getting stronger, with expertise, support, determination, creative thinking, and unfailing good humor. She pays real attention, works hard for/with her clients, and is unfailingly professional. I've worked with trainers who've overtrained me into injury and trainers who've been too busy with themselves to pay any attention. Amy puts all those trainers to shame.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That trainers really do care about their clients and think about them even when they aren't in sessions. I often communicate with my clients during the week about food choices, interesting health related articles, etc.
