I guess the fact that we have had Chef Kamil and BluJam Cafe cater events for us three times speaks for itself. The first occasion was a 2 week long, on-site, work-lunch & dinner catering at a session at Henson Studios. My clients were super happy with the quality of food, the presentation and the service. Lunch was served every day at the agreed hour, with plenty of healthy variety and good choices in accompanying drinks. The clients even started frequenting the restaurant after getting introduced to Kamils cooking We also asked Chef Kamil to take over the food and beverage aspect of our wedding. Something that can easily create a lot of stress for a wedding-planning-couple. It was easy to come up with a menu with suggestions from the chef and an interesting selection of drinks, alcoholic and not. On the date, the kitchen crew, servers and bartenders showed up on time and made our special day go by without a hitch. When we asked the bartenders to stay longer than the planned time, they were easy to work with and very professional. Chef Kamil also provided the catering for our baby shower. Everything was prepared and delivered as planned and all the guests commented on the food; that made us very happy. If you have a chance to hire Chef Kamil for your event, go for it. He will make it look easy!

I've been eating breakfast at Blu Jam Cafe for over 5 years now, and when I found out they do high-end catering, I knew I had to hire them for my gallery opening. Chef Kamil prepared a variety of delicious tray-pass appetizers with just the right wine pairing for my event. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was amazing, as well. I think people were as impressed with the food as they were with my exhibit! I had over 120 guests for my gallery show, and Chef Kamil and the staff helped to make it an incredibly high-end event with the menu and service at an affordable rate. I will definitely hire them for my next show, and am happy to recommend Blu Jam to anyone looking for a great catering service.

The combination of Kamil's service and Blu Jam's food is a match made in event heaven. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I organized the holiday party for my company, 30 people, last December and Kamil anticipated our every need. From providing extensive menu options for a variety of budgets and offering suggestions of food pairings, I felt like the whole event was taken care of. We opted for a 5 course meal and each course was outstanding. Each person, including those with allergies or food preferences were catered to without an issue. The waiters on the night were phenomenal with both Martin and Doug providing friendly service and ensuring that the night went without a hitch. I really felt prioritized from the first moment I sent an inquiry to Kamil. He was extremely flexible, friendly and professional and understands all elements of the industry. The food is top notch, superb quality and melts in your mouth. I would highly recommend Kamil and Blu Jam to anyone looking to host an event.
