Introduction: The quality and taste of my BBQ is a pure treat. No propane, no charcoal briquettes, no preservatives, no liquid smoke and NOTHING pre-cooked. I even make my BBQ sauce from scratch will NOT put it on all my 'Q' as I believe, depending on what the item is, you should taste the meat and the smoke, too many BBQ restaurants BURY their BBQ in sauce, which I believe is to make up for something lacking or covering up something from their product. My BBQ business is a result of the enthusiastic encouragement I got from my family and friends who would eat my 'Q'. It also encouraged me to try Competition BBQ of which my Smoked Brisket earned award trophy's. I know food and I know how to prepare it as I've been in the Food Service Industry for 47 years. I WILL GLADLY PROVIDE REFERENCES OF FOLKS WHO HAVE ENJOYED MY 'Q'! The positive feedback I get from everyone who eats my 'Q'.

Had Nevin cater and deliver lunch for a client meeting; he was prompt and the food was delicious! Brisket was tender, salad was fresh and dessert more than satisfied the sweet tooth. Client immediately Googled Blue Smoke BBQ!

WARNING - ADDICTION!!! Nevin's brisket is as good as any brisket you will find. I've eaten supposedly the best brisket from Texas - to - Kansas City - to - Carolina - to - Memphis and I'll put Blue Smoke BBQ brisket at the top of the list. Your next BBQ event will be a HUGE success if you work with Blue Smoke. Nevin will go above and beyond your expectations. I'm dreaming of his brisket right now!

We had an end of the season baseball party for our little league team and families which Blue Smoke BBQ catered and we couldn't be happier. They supplied the side orders as well as the buns. Everything was great and everyone loved the food! Great Job Blue Smoke BBQ!!!

Loving BBQ as much as I do, I was a bit worried how it would be without having it first. After that first bite of brisket, all my worries were gone. Some of the best brisket I have had, great chicken wings and the corn salad is a great addition to any BBQ! Delicious.
