Introduction: We are providing support and education with individuals, groups, and companies for healthy diet and lifestyle using yoga, Thai bodywork, Reiki, health coaching, and culinary instruction. THAI BODYWORK 60 minutes - $75 75 minutes - $90 90 minutes - $105 REIKI 60 minutes - $75 75 minutes - $90 90 minutes - $105 PRIVATE / SMALL GROUP YOGA 60 minutes - $75 75 minutes - $90 90 minutes - $105 May be split among up to 4 participants. I am also happy to do a hybrid! Private sessions only. Thai bodywork, Reiki, and private yoga sessions to be held at Ganesha Yoga and Adventures in Fitness (3113 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago) or my home studio in West Ridge, Chicago. Add $10 for travel to north side Chicago, Lincolnwood, Evanston, Skokie, and Niles. Must have a quiet, clear space for session. HEALTH COACHING Individual Program Six month program $150 per month (two 50-minute sessions per month) Phone or Skype 10% discount if paid in full at the start of the program! Small Group Program Get a few friends together, decrease the individual cost, and increase your support network! Six month program $100 per month per person (two 50-minute sessions per month) Minimum 4 people, maximum 10 Phone, Skype, or in-person if within 10 miles of West Ridge, Chicago 10% discount if paid in full at start of the program!
