- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $85 per session, we offer discounts on all packages purchased. If you are highly motivated and looking to train up to 5 times per week, we offer a special rate of $250/week. All sessions include: - Personalized nutritional plan, continuously adjusted - Personalized training plan, continuously adjusted - 24/7 support (via text, email, FaceTime) - Homework workouts - Motivational tools
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start our assessing the clients lifestyle and current fitness level. From there we can see where to go regarding training and nutrition. We then make a program specific to the lifestyle of the client where is makes is easy enough to follow and get results but still challenge you along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, I always re certify all my credentials, in training and nutrition. I also write on different topics regarding training, nutrition, and motivation. I also constantly read and try to learn new and scientifically proven methods to help achieve clients goals in shortest amount of effort and time, because lets be honest, living in NYC, most of us don't have the time to constantly exercise and always watch what you eat, so it is my job to get you there as fast as possible and with the least amount of time consumed.
