I have been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Bruins and the Detroit Lions, so I have worked with some of the most elite athletes to working within the hospital setting working with cardiac rehab patients. I love helping people understand the importance of Heath and fitness. I love seeing people achieve their goals

Sean is an excellent trainer and motivator. I had great workouts, really pushing myself further than I could have ever on my own.

He is incredibly gifted. He will whip you into shape before you know it. He really understands the body and how it works. He shows you what will work best for your body since each person is different, he gets that...he individualizes your workout for who you are, how and what you eat,so that your work out results are reached.

Sean from Body Profiles was an excellent trainer to work with. He constantly pushed me to work hard when I needed it the most. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. I would still be training with if I had not moved out of state. I highly recommend his services.
