I offer artful, innovative images crafted in-line with the client's vision. Because I am a journalist and photojournalist, I believe may of the best images are taken when the subject is unaware. As a result, my sessions are a bit unusual in that I ask my clients to move around and not pose in a traditional sense, unless, of course, that more traditional style of photo is what they want. As a photographer I am able to stop time-and craft it into a visual memory that will live long past me. I love the fact that I provide my clients with images of the most important moments of their lives, and I strive to make my work as powerful and beautiful as possible.

I had the pleasure of having Virginia take pictures of my kids. She was kind, fun and entertaining. They truly enjoyed the experience. Additionally, she caught some amazing moments and some incredibly wonderful candids, that to this day, truly enjoy looking at. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $135.00 per hour including post-processing and $85.00 per hour without post-processing; further services/prints are available at a quoted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients personally, if possible, prior to the shoot in order to accurately manage their expectations. I then issue a quote and if accepted, have the client sign a simple contract. I am available any time before, during and after the shoot to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MA in Mass Communication Research (Journalism) from the University of Colorado, with an emphasis in Photojournalism. Further, I have studied extensively with other photographers and photojournalists, as well as attended numerous professional workshops.
