Lisa is an excellent Yoga instructor! She understands that every person has different needs and body issues, whether ailments, injuries, or difficulties. She emphasizes working at your own level, where you are, even if in a class of mixed levels. Her ability to teach and convey information is professional, she explains every pose and its benefits for your body.
