I was fascinated by it from an early age, and got to work at Eben Freeman's breakout restaurant, where my mind was blown.

1. Bottling up cocktails and dropping them off for parties. 2. Serving cocktails, beer, wine, for private parties. Speed is tantamount to quality, and we know how to achieve both.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Served 750 top-quality cocktails in 2 hours to a gallery full of thirsty people, solo, with a perfect amount of liquor estimated for the party.
