Introduction: We are currently ranked the second best barbecue by the st. Louis barbeque society in the state of Missouri. I love absolutely everything that has to do with barbeque. I wanted to do something special for my dentist and staff. I contacted Andrew to come up with a plan. He was very helpful In determining what would be the best and easiest to transport as well as determining how much to order. It was very delicious and the process was easy. I did this in the spring and the staff are still talking about how good the pulled pork was. Would recommend using Bringing the Heat for your catering needs.

Mr. Ahrens catered my son's 8th birthday party. The pulled pork was amazing. Mom's that attended the party asked to take some home for there husbands to try. We were incredibly pleased with the service and product and will most definitely be calling pain Mr. Ahrens again.

The ribs were fantastic. They were tender, juicy and had just the right amount of zing. Andrew was friendly and courteous. We placed our order late and he was able to accommodate us. Prices reasonable. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Andrew's ribs, brisket and pulled pork is the best I've had. I ordered the BBQ about a week in advance and drove from Florida to pick it up. It was right off the grill when I arrived, and my folks had half of it eaten before I got my car unpacked.

Andrew ahrens just did our wedding on Saturday may 16th 2015 in the country for 225 people. And all 225 people enjoyed the dinner and has been raving about it!! Couldn't have asked for a more outstanding job!! Highly recommended andrew and bringing the heat BBQ!! Top notch brother!!

I compete in the st. Louis barbeque society sanctioned events to stay on top of the growing BBQ secne.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up cooking with my mom and grandma and I have always loved to cook. I love being able to make people happy with the food I produce for them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do office lunches, dinners, weddings graduation parties and anything in between.
