- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally when someone asks me what I charge, I ask them what type of service they are in need of. If it is a fast process, the less I charge. The more extravagant and time consuming services, obviously those will be more pricey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I make them feel comfortable and enjoy the process in which I do their makeup. There is nothing I dislike more than feeling unwelcome or discouraged while I'm getting a service, I make sure that doesn't happen with my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Esthetician.
