FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an independent portrait and headshot studio, I am able to be very flexible. For the same reasons, I cannot give my time or work away. So, I keep my prices competitive, matched to your needs, and appropriate for my expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know my customer's needs and circumstances. We work together to create images that fulfill their needs and appropriately express their brand. Whether headshots for personal use, corporate or family photography, you are communicating yourself to the world through images and we need to make sure they say the right thing. This same philosophy is applied to my commercial clients and their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Photographer through Professional Photographers of America. In addition to a written test, the certification required an evaluation of my portfolio of client work and demonstration of portrait lighting understanding. Additionally, I work every day to improve my photography through reading, experimenting, attending classes and seminars, and working with clients in demanding circumstances. Every single day, I'm creating images. I try to post often to social media and my site. Every image teaches me something.
