My experience working with Chef Bryin was absolutely astonishing. I honestly couldn't have worked with a more remarkably driven Chef. Chef Bryin has worked with me on many catering projects and also several private chef enterprises. These tasks were held worldwide but mainly in Los Angeles California. Chef Bryin is very skillful and can have the perfect meal completed and prepared in a timely manner. I could always count on him to make sure things went well whether or not I was present during any task. You could guarantee that he always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied to the fullest. Any employer or future client will be lucky to have Chef Bryin working for them and with them.

Black Gumbo off the chain!!!

Excellent chief, he prepared a chicken pasta dish for me that was out of this world, the chicke was very tender and the pasta sauce had a very good taste. The garlic bread was to die for. I would Highly recommended him to cook for me again!

Yes, I am a student of Le Cordon Bleu's Bachelor Program currently.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Firstly started in the military then moved through different restaurants to now.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most clients request home family meals, mostly because they don't have time to cook or they are simply too tired to do so. Sometimes they just have too many people over.
