- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard is $80 an hour with a three hour minimum after our initial FREE first hour of consultation. That three-hour minimum includes two hours on the ceremony day. Beyond that I would need to know the parameters of the couples desires, before giving a final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face-to-face. Talk about how they met, their hopes and dreams not only for their wedding day but also during their new life together. There are words or at least a feeling expressed during the ceremony that the couple joining together is forming a new community.Through that community, society heaps a lot of pressure on the wedding day, when it's really just the jumping off point into a new life together. I like to get to the heart of what they foresee as their new lives together. In that way I get a feeling of who they are and that helps me to assist them in your vows, if I am their officiant or in coordinating their wedding, if I am in that capacity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a great deal of reading especially for mindfulness, mediation and alleviating fear. I am a Prayer Chaplain for my spiritual center. I am about to enter a Licensed teacher program for my spiritual center.
