I went to The Creative Rockstar because I needed a new logo for my company, electronic image, business cards, shirts and car graphics. At first I experienced great customer service. They started working on my design right away. I received proof images to review. I gave them changes, received proof images to review back and then need a couple small changes to finalize the design. Then I heard nothing.for a week so I contacted Danielle. She stated she was out of town but assured me Matt would take care of it and have to me very quickly. I heard from Matt 2 days later stating "I will be these changes made and over to you soon." I took this as he would be making these changes and I'd have soon. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I will have to move on to another company to produce what I want.

We sent proofs over to this customer after changes had been made but never received a response... then this review was posted. We assume they took the artwork we created to a cheaper vendor so they wouldn't have to pay for design services.

I was less than impressed by the response I got from this vendor. I have many projects and have worked with others in this field. I provided my product material, made multiple inquires and got no response. Despite several direct conversations where I was assured on expedient action from Creative Rock Star personal. Michael

Get your hands on their previous work... You are hiring someone to develop the look and often the first impression of your business. Make sure you are getting a high quality final product and the design will fit your needs. You get what you pay for!
