Michelle Arrington, President and CEO of Arrington Management Services, is a certified Mediator and certified Life Coach. She has over 25 years of experience working with clients of all sizes to investigate define and assist them with overall business policies and operational processes that have positive and strategic implications on the success and growth of their business. Arrington Management Services uses the "AMS Approach" when consulting with our clients to ensure that solutions are created holistically in consideration of the client's objectives and business culture. Our management services which allow our business clients to concentrate on their core businesses while we develop and manage the back office operations. These services primarily include but Human Resource Management, Contract Management, Procurement Services, and Vendor Management Services. AMS also provides mediation services to individuals and small businesses that do not desire or have the financial resources nor the time required to have their disputes resolved by way of traditional methods. By providing such mediation services, we enable people to resolve disputes more amicably and in such a way that positive relationships are maintained. In fulfilling our mission and objective of providing services that improve our communities and the underserved, we offer training programs and workshops designed to help young adults prepare their "soft skills" (i.e. Communication skills) to go along with their technical and educational skills they receive through educational institutions of all kinds. By providing these services, we help people and businesses create more positive and cooperative relationships, better work environments, and more cooperative neighborhoods and communities.
