First, you will have an assessment to determine your goals and needs. Also, we will find out what you need physically, where you are today and where you want to go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics Personal trainer certified through NASM and ACE. Many continuing education credits with a focus on nutrition, core, older adults, HIIT and interval training, and women.
