- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have complicated pricing, just brief and to the point. One - two hours is $75.00, any other hours after two hours can be agreed upon with the customer. Deep cleans can be discussed and a negotiable price will be determined based upon the size of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process for new clients. All my newcomers are treated as they are a regular client cleaned on a weekly, or biweekly schedule. I offer each of my clients a choice of a mutual day and time frame to be cleaned. I also recommend to all clients deep cleans are preferred on the first visit but not necessarily needed if the home has had previously been clearned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently attend college, but for the field of Web Design. With this field I can develop a website for my cleaning business which shows my customers, and their homes with their permission. I can also show my expertise in the flow of my website.
