Introduction: Hello, everyone! My name is Jemal Edwards. I have been working as a pastry chef for the last 25 years. My career has spanned the country from San Francisco to New York City as well as working in Paris, Italy and Vienna. I would be happy to speak with you about your pastry and dessert needs. I am a versatile pastry chef and can take on any project, large or small. Pastry, desserts and cakes should look beautiful and appetizing, but most importantly, they should taste amazing! That is my motto and how I approach all of my work. My partner and I are currently working on opening a pastry shop and cafe in the Washington Heights area of Manhattan.
