The following are our responsibilities: * Responsible to interact with the customers and advise them on the suitable computer models to purchase * Selecting and installing suitable computers and providing regular servicing, system analysis, networking, hardware/software installing and configuring, etc. * Set up compatible networks and devices to facilitate use of computers * Guard the computer data against viruses and malware by installing effective antivirus software malware/spyware and virus removal, manually and by installing antiviruses without damage of the Windows system * Investigate into the persisting technical problems and find the root cause of the malfunctioning * Upgrade the chosen model with requisite features and customize it to suit requirements of the clients * Interact with the clients to explain to them the new products launched and features introduced * Visit client offices on receiving complaints * Inspect the model and work on the root cause of the malfunctioning
