Introduction: Every player has a foundation. I start with that, and fix the basic things first. I do not try to force any style (ex. hitting or pitching) on anyone, because everyone is different. If the basics are solid then the performance will be too. I keep it as simple as possible, especially when it comes to younger students. I break down each step in every facet of the game and create muscle memory with repetition. And you will not get pawned off on an intern or high school baseball player. If you sign up with me, I am your instructor. I was born to do one thing - and that's coach. There is no greater satisfaction than watching a young ball player continuously improve due to implementing the thngs that I taught him.

Pete has been my son's coach for three years now and we couldn't be happier. I have yet to see a more passionate, caring and involved coach. From the drills, to the practices, through the games everything is always well organized and planned. Morally and ethically, Pete is on point, always having the best interest of the children come first. Peter Cimino, aka Coach Pete, was my son's coach for his very first year of Little League. My son is eight years old. Coach Pete has an extensive understanding about every aspect of baseball. Better yet, he has the ability to teach such a complex game to young ball players in a fun, yet effective, manner. Coach Pete's love of the game is evident and we were thrilled with our son's skill development in just one season of play. Our son will definitely continue to play baseball and is certainly a fan for life.

I have attended several coaching seminars. I am constantly doing research and am in the process of gaining several coaching certifications. I am and forever will be a student of the game.
