I have taken my BLS for HCP the last two times in Niles with Murphy and I will use him again next time. He is an excellent teacher and promotes a very relaxed environment conducive to learning and the facility is wonderful.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are required to have from 20 to 40 hours of CE's a year.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We offer on site training in CPR, AED, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens. We also have open classes at our Niles, Youngstown and Stow locations.
