Introduction: My coaching business has been developed to assist others with 24/7 AIDEs during everyday living. Cutting out a slice of 2-3 hrs. of time everyday is not necessary. Self Awareness is huge. I have created and modified my business based on hind sight, wisdom, experiences and education which I have applied to myself. The aspect I love most about my job is connecting with others. It is very rewarding sharing my gifts in the form of service to others. It has always been difficult for me to know someone is hurting emotionally. Now I have a way to help them help themselves. As I assist others I am also empowered to learn and evolve myself. Life is all about relationships, first with oneself then with others. Coaching and releasing Emotions is very life changing.

Sharon performed the Emotion Code for me on several occasions. The first time was when I had an undiagnosed virus in 2012. I felt so bad; chills, fever,headache, body aches, itchy rash, and burning palms of my hands. I didn't want to leave the house to go to the doctors so I had her test to see if I could get relief that ibuprofen wasn't touching. After a couple of days of suffering we did Emotion Code & my pain and itchy body completely stopped. Eventually the palms of my hands peeled. In April of 2013, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had surgery to remove it. The night before surgery Sharon did Emotion Code to help me deal with the stress of what I was dealing with. It turned out to be cancerous. Periodically, during the past 7 months I have had Emotion Code sessions with her. It has greatly helped me with the acceptance of dealing with this disease, helped relieve my fears, helped me with my beliefs and attitude towards this experience. What impressed me was that it worked, it was a comfortable way of dealing with my emotional issues, and it only took 45 min. per session {I have waited in Dr's offices twice as long as that!}. Sharon's manner is very soothing and efficient and I felt very calm after each session. I know stress, and attitude are huge factors that can make a major difference in severity of and potential recovery

I recently had a phone session with Sharon. She is so warm and friendly that I feel as if I have known her forever. As she cleared them, I felt each trapped emotion release, as if I were shedding internal burdens--which of course I was. The next day I felt light and free and happy--and I hadn't even known that I had had any of the trapped emotions that we had released. I recommend Sharon and The Emotion Code very highly. I have used both the emotion code and the life coaching services from Sharon. I found her to be thorough and understanding. She listens carefully to your needs. I am free of distressing issues that made me mad at others, and am free to move on. I was told that forgiving didn't mean what was done was ok, and I finally understand that.I was always worrying about my 21 year old son and if he was doing "what he should" . I learned that is his responsibility, and I cannot control him, I can only control me. I went to numerous counselors before i found Sharon, and wish I had found her first.

Sharon analyzed the issues that were holding me back in life. She gave accurate years and issues to that year that I was clearly able to identify and get insight into the effect of the happening of that year and how it was effecting my life today. Physically, emotionally and spiritually, I have seen a difference in myself after having one telephonic session with Sharon. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential client contacts me to make an appointment for a 35 minute complimentary Self Love Spark Awareness one on one phone call. This provides an opportunity to see if we are a good fit as coach and client. Also, if the services I offer are fitting for the client. Next a client data form is sent via email to client and an Emotion Code consent form if the purpose is for "alternative healing". As soon as I receive appropriate forms back and payment is made the first appointment is made. Then it is the client's responsibility to call my office phone on the date & time agreed on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2010 when I left the restaurant industry I have been educating, researching and hugely investing in online programs for myself. The first 2 1/2 yrs I thought was creating my business but it turned out that I was on my own Soul's healing journey. Then I had a breakthrough and got my first paying clients, which finalized formal learning concepts, modalities, training etc. Then the Universe/God gave me challenges {2013 my partner was diagnosed with brain cancer & 2 months after his passing I sent my dog to Heaven}. So I have also had life experiences to apply all the continuing education on a very personal level. I am now ready to go out and actually teach continuing education classes at a local college. I also have been tested for authenticity & have been invited to &participated in the SHIFT event, a Holistic Psychic Fair held several times a year in Oneonta, NY. I have been coached by Derek Rydall, Sage Lavine and many other mentor from whom I have gained hands on experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I am a server and people person so I took my restaurant serving skills to a "Higher level" to empower others to create the life they desire rather than existing in one that keeps them stuck and unhappy. I desired more than coaching which lead me to Emotion Code work because life is about how we feel and emotions.
