FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm happy to discuss pricing options; however, I start at very reasonable rate. There is nothing wrong with looking for the most affordable pricing but lower the price the more likely that it will reflect the quality. Food for Thought: Sometimes you pay more when you pay less. Meaning that often it will take more attempts, longer than expected, or you simply will not get the commissioned work you desire. It isn't unusual to pay more and immediately receive the quality, expectation and service you desire. Saving time, energy and often money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarifying the goals and expectations as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken music lessons since I was 4 years old and I graduated Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music.
