FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Constantly. I always want to offer more to my clients. I go on regular meditation retreats, do ongoing study with my primary meditation teacher. This fall I'm going on a retreat that's ten days of silence! I'm also getting certified this year as a life coach. This October, I'm going to Wisdom 2.0 for business in New York City. This conference focuses on how to bring technology and wisdom practices together in business and life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got into teaching tai chi, qigong and meditation because these practices had changed my own life. When something is that powerful, you just want to start helping everyone you can as soon as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of individual work with busy executives who feel incredibly stressed. I work with them to develop tools for reducing their stress, solving problems, and lead from a more conscious place. For our private clients the work frequently focuses on improving quality of life by reducing stress, increasing health, recovering from tragic loss or trauma. We also do a great deal of stress reduction workshops for corporate clients who want to improve capacity and help workers be happier and healthier.
