FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be a lawyer ever since I was a young man. I've always liked to root for the underdog. I realized in law school that in our system of justice, injured people are the underdogs up against multi-million or even billion dollar insurance companies who would prefer to pay them nothing. Helping the underdog to victory is a very rewarding experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my cases involve a motor vehicle in one way or another, be it a car, bus or truck. I represent drivers and passengers who are hurt after car accidents, as well as bus passengers who are injured when their bus has an accident. I also represent pedestrians who are struck by moving vehicles causing severe injuries. I am also taking on cases regarding medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and premises liability.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Document everything. Take photographs of everything that could be relevant, especially any visible signs of injury, and any property damage to your vehicle. Always try to take photographs at the scene, if possible. If you're losing time from work, make sure you keep track of the dates and times If you're already treating your injuries, make sure you follow your doctor's advice and make sure you keep all your medical appointments.
