    Credentials as well as references. Where will the product be prepared and how the product temperature will be maintained.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Aside from customer servie food safety and sanitation are our biggest concerns. Our kitchen is spotless , and that's the way they should all be. Too many are not and that could cause someone to become sick from a food illness.
