- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a book worm; reading industry related materials daily. About one book a week also, and I attend as many seminars as possible back at the University of Missouri's Hotel Restaurant Management School. The department head is a great friend of mine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I want to have fun while I'm making my living. Can't stand blood, so no med school. Must travel this world so I need to make a little money. Starting law school soon, but long term plans as an entrepreneur always will have my hand in the food and beverage industry. Its a passion combined with my economic pursuits.
