Introduction: You can't really describe it. It is an "it" factor of professionalism would be the best way to put it. There are a lot of service industry employees in this country; in fact its the largest employment sector. However, my employees at are service industry PROFESSIONALS. Some people scoff at idea of employment in service industry for a career, as if it is beneath their pay grade or something else of shallow nature, but the truth is the best of the best in this industry make better money than many legal and medical professionals and/ or it is purely a passion. Those are my hand selected bartenders; very well spoken, great personalities, heavy hands, clean cut, and are walking cocktail reference books, very knowledgeable of the products, history and formalities expected in their craft at the highest levels. Its always exciting. Operating a business, being involved in the arts, and meeting new people almost everyday.
