I have worked out with Carla for almost 2 years now. She has always been extremely professional and motivating. She tailors my fitness program to my lifestyle, and is always flexible with my physical limitations. I recently incorporated Carla's Zumba class into my fitness program in order to add a new type of cardio to my existing training schedule. Her class is fun, inspirational and uplifting. Carla is a fantastic trainer, and I wouldn't have achieved my fitness goals with anybody else but her!

I have had the pleasure of training with Carla for five years. She is an outstanding trainer. Her knowledge and training techniques are amazing! She is geniuniely and passionately concerned with working with you to obtain your fitness goals. Unlike many trainers I have met in gyms or clubs who seem only concerned with booking more hours than getting the results you want. Carla is a great motivator and fun to train with. Carla has years of experience and an arsenal of techniques to give you the results you desire.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Carla and couldn't have been more satisfied. She not only plans a course of action specified for you - and you alone - but she encourages you and motivates you to do your best. She gives you her full attention when training you, and I found myself not only losing inches and weight but gaining confidence and self-esteem. She does push you to your limits but for your own good and will never let you settle for your "second best".

Ive been training with Carla for approximately 19 years and have continued to maintain my desired goals through her focus and attention. Throughout that time have been thoroughly impressed with her business acumen, organization and ability to listen to me and clearly develop a plan based on my goals. Ive always been extremely happy with the results she produces even through I continually revise my focus. If I could change anything it would be the logistics of my workout location, moving closer to my home.
