If you are looking for a low-impact exercise, riding a Trikke may be your solution. As you might think, balance is not an issue while you are riding a Trikke because you are supported on three wheels. Many people in their 70s and 80s are Trikking. I even saw recently that President Carter and his wife Trikke. You don't have to wonder what size Trikke is best suited for your frame. Just stop by BJ's warehouse, and he will help you decide and teach you in his very patient way, and you can ride different sizes of Trikkes before you decide to buy. A Trikke can be folded and transported to other places. Unlike riding a bicycle, Trikking will also work your stomach, arms and shoulders, as well as your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. You may Trikke in any neighborhood and most parks, and you are not in some boring gym paying a monthly fee. BJ will work with you to schedule a time for you to stop by that will work into your schedule, and you will find yourself having the time of your life before you know it!

First Coast Trikkes is the model of what a Trikke Dealership should be. It is one of the first brick and mortar dealership in the country...NOT one of your run of the mill dealership working out of their garage looking to make a buck. They are in business because they care about their customers and their Trikke experience. Owner BJ Viers is not just a dealer, he is an avid Trikke rider with thousands of riding miles under his belt. He is also the second person in the world to complete a 100 mile ride on a Trikke and one of the very first official Trikke Trainers in the country. Whether you're looking to buy a Trikke or wanting to hone your riding skills, First Coast Trikke will be there to help...

What a great facility. First Coast Trikkes has it going on. All the latest equipment and trikkes on display with test ride trikkes on display waiting for people to try them out. An indoor track for learning when the weather is bad. All the accessories one might need are available on display for sale also. Teaching, learning, assembly and selection all under one roof if you need it.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I am not just a Trikke Dealer and Trikke Certified Trainer, I am a trikker. I have trikkes thousands of miles, all my rides are uploaded now to Garmin Connect. I have completed the Marathon bike rides in Los Angles, Long Beach, Ca., Salt Lake City, the 5 Burrows' Ride in New York City (42 miles) and 4 Century Rides .

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Learn before you BUY ! Forget the size recommendations. It is best to learn and then purchase the Trikke you feel the most success ridding. I don't recommend size, best enjoy what you are ridding -- that way you will use it and your skills will improve.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy the challenge of teaching people how to trikke. I always enjoy seeing people find the sweet spot and begin enjoying this great new life style.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Which Trikke should I buy ? Best you make that decision by learning to ride and finding the one you feel most successful riding --- Then that is the one you should start with.
