I called cflgeek because I had a computer that not connect to the internet, and I have already PAID three other companies to come out to try to fix it without any success. All the other companies spent hours at my home, never fixed the problem. The other guys blamed centurylink, or the router manufacturer, and one of them even said that I needed a new computer! After spending all that money, I was hopeless, and frustrated. I called CflGeek out as a last ditch effort, and within 30 minutes they had my computer and everything online!!! There were just a few settings that needed to be changed that all the other guys looked over! The guys over at CflGeek are great at what they do, and I highly recommend them!!!!! They are a little more expensive then some of the other guys, but its worth every penny to get it done right the first time!!! 5 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our most common service, virus removal, there are 2 separate categories, with their own respective prices. Level 1 virus removals are viruses that are not impairing system functionality and aren't deeply rooted in the computer. Level 2 virus removals are viruses that are deeply rooted in the computer, and are doing things that prevent the user from using their computer. Level 1 virus removal runs at $69.99 Level 2 virus removal runs at $129.99 We also offer service plans. Our most common plan is the ultimate support plan. With it we offer customers unlimited remote service (this includes both levels of virus removal) as well as many other things such as 20% in store and on site labor. This package is ONLY $179.99.
