Professional service, courteous, and quality work -- the best way to describe the work ethic of this company! With tenants moving into my property within a few days; I needed my carpets cleaned out quickly. I had another company which I had found on yelp, but when they had shown up; they were not professional at all. With one day to get the job done. I called Cheap Carpet Care Service and asked if they could do the job that very same day; as most of you already know it's quite impossible finding a quality company to do same day with without having to pay a premium. The head technician said I'd be added on the last job of his busy day and even went from downtown Los Angeles all the way to Marina Del Rey in the rush hour traffic to get to me! When he had arrived; he was dressed professionally, spoke professionally and even told me he'd make the carpet look like it was professionally done...unlike the other places I called. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

These guys have been cleaning carpets over at our rental home for YEARS! These guys are prompt and efficient in their work. Professional in their manner and not to mention friendly. Whenever I have questions; they always have answers and solutions. As you could possibly imagine with a rental homes; there have been many nasty stains; but the boys at ______ always manage to get every single stain lifted up off our carpet, never to be seen again. We had our carpets cleaned back in late july and about 3 weeks later a renter had spilled wine. I was in quite a panic as I had little time in between renters and I appreciate the fact that they were able to accommodate and squeeze us right into their schedule. Thanks!

Fabulous, just fabulous. They had went ahead and answered my call call both with quickness and with manners and I was scheduled in right away. I had 4 area rugs cleaned inside of my home all for a great price. I loved the fact that they even took the time to move some furniture as well since I was limited due to my recent surgery and I just could not move anything heavy. Will certainly be calling them up again soon.
