We had quite a bit of a problem and put simply; we needed seven of our area rugs cleaned. One was white and was in quite bad shape. The technicians was great and had even went ahead and picked them up at around 8pm on a Saturday at the end of his long work day so he could go ahead and take them over to his shop, clean them up and have them back over by Wednesday! I received a phone call Tuesday and they were all set and ready to go; they were brought back to me on Wednesday and were like NEW! I was also given assistance in having them returned to their rightful places in the house; and the assistant was also great. Last but certainly not least, I was also given a text the next say making sure we were satisfied with the work done! I mean who does that king of customer service here in Los Angeles?? These guys are officially "my carpet guys" for life and I highly recommend their services. Great guy, great work and just a great company as it's been said before.

The technician had cleaned my carpets about 3 weeks ago and he had done such an amazing job over here. I have been here at my apartment for about 5 years and the carpets were starting to get pretty funky. This was especially where the kitchen was since there is much more interaction with food. The tech was successful in getting out all the stains right from my carpet. Some of these stains have been there for years, this includes pen ink. The tech was a nice fellow and was very courteous. Assisted me in moving some furniture to clean the carpets which was nice as well! The cleaner left no odor or residue whatsoever and everything was dried in about 4 hours time! Great work here

Excellent and quite professional company and top notch service. I'm talking about these guys were absolutely meticulous in their work. I've never seen such hard work done for me. They were also excellent in their communication, walking me through the whole process and just explaining everything. We had 2 fellows come on out for our carpet cleaning and they could not have been any better. They worked really hard in making us happy with our decision in going with this company. They just finished up my apartment in cleaning the carpets and also 3 area rugs that have never received any professional services before; wow, is all I have to say. The guys here were nice and they were also punctual as well. They were fast and our 2 rugs look almost brand new now as well. Great work!

The technician and his assistant had done fantastic work on the carpets inside of my apartment. We had gotten a brand new couch and our little one will soon be crawling around within a few time, I just wanted to really make sure that our carpets were clean as can be! The man whom was assigned to us showed up right on time will a thirty minute courtesy call so he would let me know that he was coming over. I was even given great tips on keeping the carpet in great condition in case of any future spills I may have. Will certainly be using this company. Top-notch guys!
