Adam is an incredible chef! He made short ribs, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus and a lemon shallot salad. All of my guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything tasted! He took care of everything including desert and cleaning up! Thank you for making my formal sit down dinner more than perfect with your expertise!
