Introduction: Chef Arneva is a personal chef and health coach specializing in total wellness with an emphasis on healthier eating.
Using natural and organic products in all my culinary creations, I can design your creative customized meals, shop for groceries, prepare those meals in your home (or off-site and deliver them to you) as well as provide you with simple reheating or preparation instructions, storage, and cleanup.
I offer in-home cooking classes and by-the-hour service in addition to my meal plan packages. I am experienced in cooking for those with allergies, food sensitivity, and autoimmune diseases. I am available for private chef services and am happy and willing to travel with/to my clients.

I highly recommend Chef Arneva! I used her services to provide meals once a week for a month to my father in the Chicago area as a birthday gift after my mother passed. Knowing that he was eating well balanced meals at least once a week was comforting to me and according to him the meals were delicious.
