I am a chef because of my grandmother, since I can remember she has taught me to taste and cook with my heart.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Remember that when a chef is pricing items, there is more than just walking into the grocery store. Also costs are reflective of market price, compare your experience from shopping at whole foods, to trader joes or even safeway. Prices are extremely different, and must be matched by the chefs time in shopping, prepping and executing the service.
