Introduction: I am a self-taught cook who is currently studying Culinary Arts. Having worked as a private chef for the past eight years has made me an expert in molding my cooking to the desires of each person, be they children, elders, dieters or exotic palates while keeping an absolute control on budgets and nutrition. I'm very well traveled which gave me a vast knowledge of flavors, techniques and cooking styles.
