FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first degree is in Musical Theatre and my second degree is in Early Childhood development. In between getting the two degrees I worked in a staffing office interviewing and placing people in jobs. I also have a family member who is a professional seamstress. So when a friend of mine told me about a party that she went to that had a beer belly Spiderman with an interesting accent show up I knew I could do a lot better. So with all of my background and resources I felt I was uniquely primed to own a company that used all of my previous skills.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When dealing with kids you can't plan everything to the last second. Kids like structure but you have to be willing to go with the flow as well. So when someone asks what we'll be doing at a party they need to be comfortable if it doesn't always happen in that order or time frame due to the nature of playing with kids. The performers main goal is to make sure the kids have a great time.
