I have been going to personal training with Harly since 2013 and he is the consummate professional who truly goes above and beyond each and every time in order to help his clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Since we have been training together, I have substantially increased my overall strength, reduced body fat and improved on all key health indicators (eg. blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) which in turn, has me living a more healthier and confident lifestyle. Unlike other trainers you see at the gym, Harly will tailor “SPECIFIC” regimens to what you are trying to achieve and does not subscribe to the "one size fits all" methods utilized by other trainers. He will work with you to ensure you are doing exercises with the right form and technique so you will be able to perform your workout(s) optimally when he is not there. Lastly, Harly is a great motivator which will help and inspire you achieve the goals you have set forth together.
