Introduction: I have the experience of getting a wide range of athletic abilities to improve over the course of a season. From getting a 7:30 miler down to 6:30, or a 6:00 to a 5:30 mile, the principles remain the same. I utilize these principles within the programming I do. I am also experienced in using GPS speed monitors and incorporating kettlebell power training into a running program. I love the sport of running and I get to work with other runners who love the sport as well.
