- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are fair and competitive. Because I like working with small businesses, non profit organizations and individuals, I have developed pricing strategies that are affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is most important to understand what you want to gain from the project, how it will impact your organization and your expectations of our work together. I like to create a really detailed scope of work to ensure we are both to the same page and all of your needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, which has allowed me to work with a variety of different types of people, often in stressful situations. My Master's degree is in Human Resource Management with an emphasis in Training and Employee Development. I have over 20 years of experience as an internal and external consultancy working on initiatives focused on improving the employee development lifespan. I have over 15 years of experience in instruction design and delivering training programs. I equally enjoy creating training programs on subject matter I have a lot of experience in, as well as working with subject matter experts to create training programs in areas that are less familiar to me.
