FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the service and the scope required. Social media marketing rarely produces results immediately. Even with months of planning, virality is rarely predictable. It takes a few months to gain traction. Know your niche & put foundational building blocks in place. Work is billed on a per project basis, not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What problem is your product or service solving? Describe who needs your product or service. How can I help you "move the needle"? Every client is different. Being responsive-- from proof-reading a website to generating engaging posts in Twitter-- starts with a basic understanding of each business' baseline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 200,000+ tweets, 4,000+ pins, and almost 1,000 IG posts staying on top of trends and iterations of social media platforms is something I've been passionate about. That helps me understand the shifts in the culture and use of each platform-- from emojis to hashtags. My formal university education is in architecture. I operated my own sports photography business for 10 years. Through school & work experiences, I've learned to communicate, research, multi-task, address customers' problems and produce solutions as a business.
