We are a certified hard surface restoration company. We are not carpet cleaners. Cleaning Solutions Unlimited is the only company in West Central Georgia that is certified as a Master Cleaner company by the Hard Surface Maintenance Professionals Association of America. Joe Klein of Cleaning Solutions Unlimited did an excellent job of removing the mildewed grout around my tub and also cleaning the tile. He also selected and recemented in place matching ceramic towel holders that had broken. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and got the job done according to the estimated time and at a reasonable price. He's also a really nice guy and a pleasure to meet and have work for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free onsite hard surface restoration analysis at the customer's home or business. We listen to the customer's concerns and identify the problems that need addressed. We then recommend the best course of action to meet the customer's needs, along with at least one alternative for the customer to consider. After the customer has chosen their desired course of action, we set up an appointment that fits within their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning Solutions Unlimited is the only certified HSMPA (hsmpa.org) Master Cleaning firm in West Georgia and East Alabama. All Cleaning Solutions technicians are trained to HSMPA standards by the Certified Master Cleaner and HSMPA educational board member, Cleaning Solutions Unlimited's owner - Joe Kline
