Brad was punctual, professional and honest. He was prepared with all the modern equipment to service my Air Conditioning unit the had been neglected for a long time. He was very good at explaining why things happen and what to expect. He was very friendly and nice and I would definitely use his services again.

He did a terrific job! But, even as important was his fair pricing. We had gotten one other bid. It was at least twice as much as Brad's price. While he was here he gave a quote to replace our older air conditioning and a quote to add duct work to two rooms that need it. The whole air conditioning he quoted was $1000 cheaper. Sitting here in my air conditioned house feeling pretty happy!
